Firewise Pages community pages collect only what you type in the contact form: name, email, optional phone, topic, and message. Messages are emailed to community leaders and are not kept as a message archive.

We use a short-lived rate-limit record (email and timestamp) to reduce spam. We do not publish resident addresses, phone numbers, or names unless a leader has opted in to show their public contact details.

Authentication for community admins is handled by Clerk. Hosting and databases are provided by our cloud vendors under their privacy terms.

Questions about a specific community page should go to that community's leaders through the contact form.
